Mr. McClain was a massage therapist who was walking by a convenience store in Aurora, CO when he was stopped by three officers that did not have any legal authority to stop, restrain, or frisk him. McClain was administered a lethal dose of ketamine and later died as a result. The officers and attending paramedics were later convicted.
